Migration Process for Qrolli Users: Transitioning to OpenSocial

As part of our rebranding to OpenSocial and migration to the Base chain, we understand that some users may not have sent their $QR tokens before the June 3 deadline. This article outlines the steps and important information for those who need to complete the migration process after this date.

Key Points for Post-June 3 Migration

  1. Eligibility: Only users who bought $QR tokens before June 3, 6:30 AM UTC are eligible for the migration process. Any trading activity involving $QR after the liquidity sell-off will not qualify for any reimbursement.
  2. Snapshot List: A snapshot of all eligible token holders was taken before the liquidity sell-off. Users on this list who have not yet sent their tokens will need to follow the steps below to complete the migration.

Migration Steps

Step 1: Send Your $QR Tokens

To migrate your $QR tokens to the new OpenSocial tokens, please send your $QR tokens to the deployer address:

Step 2: Verification and Batches

Once you have sent your $QR tokens to the deployer address, your transaction will be verified. New OpenSocial tokens will be sent in batches once a sufficient number of users have returned their old $QR tokens. This process will continue for up to 3 months after June 3.

Step 3: Receiving Your OpenSocial Tokens

After your $QR tokens are sent and verified, you will receive your OpenSocial tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Please note that the distribution of new tokens will be done in batches, so there may be a slight delay depending on the number of users participating in the migration at any given time.

Important Notes:

  • Timeframe: The migration process will be open for 3 months after
    June 3. Ensure you complete the migration within this period to receive your new tokens.
  • Security: The team will never send you direct messages requesting your tokens or personal information. Always double-check addresses and information before sending your tokens.
